The beginning of my career began at the ripe age of 20 as a personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. During this initial stage of my career I had an intense thirst for understanding the root causes or "whys" underlying the health challenges that people faced. Over several years I acquired a number of certifications from leaders in the health and wellness field and a doctorate in Chinese medicine while practicing with clients along the entire way. I found myself helping people solve their deeper seated health challenges and to this day that passion continues. My private practice has since evolved into providing comprehensive, personalized, and evidence-based health programs for people suffering from chronic health problems and physical pain. What makes my practice different than others is the integration of eastern medicine and western science where I take advantage of using multiple diagnostic methods to find root causes.
