A propos

I'm a Chiropractic Doctor with advanced training in gentle chiropractic techniques and a passion for understanding human behavior, and I'm on a mission to help hypermobile people understand what’s going on with their bodies and build nuanced, often unconventional strategies to help improve their health and well-being. It’s a process that requires nuance, creativity, and patience, but it is possible. My knowledge and creativity stems not only from my study of health and wellness as a chiropractor but my history of working with actors and artists in live theater. I'm is especially fond of helping those who are dealing with Hypermobility AND the one or more of the complex conditions that often co-exist with it (including Neurodivergence, Auto-Immunity, Gut Dysfunctions, and/or Dysautonomia) to minimize the impact that those conditions have on their life and overall well-being.
