Someone wise once said, "He who has health, has hope. And he who has hope, has everything." In my short journey on earth thus far, I have found that amongst the divine chaos we daily endure, there is very little outside of ourselves we can control. We are continuously humbled by the grandeur of our universe through disease, natural disaster, and the inevitable truth that one day our bodies will once again return to dust. I entered the world of healing arts because I see it as a wonderful tool to living and maintaining a healthy life. Stress and negativity are killers, literally and figuratively. They can ruin our relationships, our eating habits, our emotional health and leave us in a state of chronic pain. As a healer, my goal is to help the everyday person go through life without pain. I believe that through the understanding of the human body coupled with positive intention and love, a simple touch can restore life even to those who have no hope left.The Lotus Room is Nashville's top rated Ayurvedic Healing Studio.
