As a former competitive Olympic weightlifter and powerlifter I was plagued by injuries. Due to my frustrations with not being able to find a physical therapist that understood lifting, I decided to become a physical therapist. Now, I help strength athletes get rid of their pain and move better!After years of chronic injuries as a strength athlete, I became frustrated with local physical therapists with no knowledge of lifting or strength sports to help me return to pain-free lifting. I decided to become a physical therapist to help strength athletes and people that like to lift, and I opened up my clinic in January 2020.

I help strength athletes get rid of their pain and move better. Strength athlete focused sports physical therapist operating out of Liberation Barbell Club. I help CrossFit athletes, Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and athletes of other sports like football, baseball, basketball, and others fix their pain and get back to competing. I don't only want to bring you to "good enough to play," I want you to be in your best condition possible. I have been involved in strength sports since 2011 as both an athlete, Olympic weightlifting coach, and strength & conditioning coach, and I contribute that expertise to physical therapy to help athletes like you return to your absolute best condition.
