Dr. Putnam is a 1995 graduate of Western States Chiropractic College. She uses a variety of chiropractic techniques. Each client's care is approached on a individual basis depending on preferences and clinical assessment. Care may include manual manipulation, diversified adjustments, activator, trigger point therapy, massage, extremity manipulation, ultrasound, electrical therapy, taping, bracing, postural rehabilitation, yoga, orthotics or other techniques dependent on age, weight, occupation, health history, and tolerance of the patient.The Bend is located in the Eartha Collective Suite on Spokane Avenue in Whitefish, Montana. Originally from a small town outside of Boise, Idaho, Dr. Erika Putnam. She brings with her over 25 years of clinical experience in the chiropractic field, and holds a 500 hour yoga instructor certification. She has a true passion for wellness and patient care.
