Hello! I am Dr. Teresa Porter and I am a chiropractor in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I became passionate about Chiropractic after I suffered a knee injury playing soccer in high school. The hands-on, natural, and active approach of chiropractic made me fall in love. However, I am not your typical chiropractor. I tend to blend chiropractic care (adjustments, soft tissue work, etc.) with rehabilitative exercises which help prevent your pain from returning in the future. I want to keep you pain free and back to doing the activities that you love! No treatment plans, no funky business, I am here to provide you with the most efficient and cost-effective care that I can. I combine several different techniques to deliver the best care for you. These include spinal manipulation, instrument-assisted soft tissue, therapeutic exercises, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS), Dry needling, Mckenzie (MDT), and more!
