Jason Hazelett is the owner and lead physical therapist at Steppin' Up Physical Therapy. He graduated from Indiana University in 1995 and received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in 1998. Jason then received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. Jason's responsibilities at Steppin' Up include treating patients, running the business and managing the staff. His highest goal for the clinic is for every person who walks through the door to feel that they are welcomed into a hospitable atmosphere and personally cared for with the best treatment possible. Jason is fluent in Spanish and enjoys conducting therapy sessions with Spanish speaking patients. In his free time Jason can be found cycling on the road or trail. His favorite people to take a ride with are his wife and three daughters.Steppin' Up Physical Therapy was founded by Jason Hazelett in 2004. He has extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and is fluent in Spanish. Jason has provided physical therapy services in the Fort Wayne area since 1998. An avid health and fitness proponent, Jason ensures that each patient receives a well-rounded approach to physical wellness.
