For 38 years, Sprain Brook Manor has provided New York City and Westchester communities with progressive physical and occupational therapies for rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care. Our 121-room state-of-the-art facility, nestled in a tranquil, park-like setting in Scarsdale NY, is among the East Coast's finest skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Over the years we've expanded our rehabilitation services and now offer the most complete program for patients recovering from orthopedic, cardiac or neurological procedures. At the same time, we've upgraded our long term care facilities, with a complete renovation of the long term care floors. Today, Sprain Brook Manor is known for superior staffing ratios and thoughtful, comprehensive rehabilitation programs. In our 2012 and 2013 New York State Department of Health Surveys, no nursing deficiency was found, exemplifying our aim to provide the highest level of healthcare to our patients.
