Donald Squire is the Clinical Director of SPEAR's Brooklyn - CityPoint location. Don earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Misericordia University in Pennsylvania, where he also received his Bachelor's Degree in the study of Healthcare Management, graduating magna cum laude. Don has gained clinical experience in both sports and orthopedic outpatient settings, as well as inpatient neurological and sub-acute rehabilitation. Following graduation, Don returned to his native Long Island and developed his skills in a sports/orthopedic clinic, which helped focus his interest on manual therapy, functional rehabilitation programs, and post-operative therapy; especially of the knee, shoulder, and ankle. Don's interest in physical therapy developed from his long background of competing in athletics at the youth, high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate level. During his undergraduate studies, Don was a member of the Misericordia University Men's Lacrosse team.
