I’ve had a bad experience at a chiropractor in the past and it really turned me off on the practice as a whole. Dr Alex showed me that chiropractors are not bad. I had some severe neck pain a few weeks ago which led me to this practice in hopes of some relief (quick google search and had great reviews) in hopes they wouldn’t try and just take my money. Dr Alex was incredibly helpful and transparent right out of the gate. He did X-rays the same day and the next day we went over them and he visually showed me my problem areas. He also explained that there is no quick fix to my problem (I knew that going in) and gave me a run down on options and what he could offer/his expected results. He was not pushy by any means but really showed a passion for the work. A month in and I feel like a new person. I had daily headaches that I just dealt with and haven’t had one in three weeks. I’m now a firm believer in chiropractic care and will continue to keep coming back.
