Welcome! I'm Shaylynn and I graduated from Cortiva in 2012 and have been practicing massage since. I am certified in orthopedic massage and my preferred modality is myofascial release, although I incorporate elements of Swedish, deep tissue and kinesiology tape application in my treatments as well. I have worked in many locations including wellness centers with acupuncturists and chiropractors as well as gyms and hotel spas. My background in engineering transfers well to problem solving my client's pain and postural imbalances. I strive to make everyone feel comfortable in their own bodies and work with them to meet their treatment goals and live a pain free life. In my spare time I can be found baking bread in my kitchen during the winter and sailing with my dog, Shay, in the summer.Shaylynn started this business in April of 2019. She had been practicing for 7 years prior to this in settings such as wellness centers alongside acupuncturists and chiropractors, gyms, high end hotel spas, and small privately owned massage studios.
