SANA's story began during the Pandemic in 2020 when Brynn and Rachel relocated from Minneapolis and Los Angeles back to the area and settled in East Aurora to raise their families. Brynn, a Professional Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor opened Southtowns Pilates in 2020, and soon the company's growth exceeded its space. Rachel, a Professional Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor had recently parted ways with her long-time physical therapy and wellness business, The Cypress Center, in Pacific Palisades, CA that she co-owned for the past 8 years and managed since 2007. They dreamt of launching a business focused on their past and current experience of creating a place of healing, support, and quality driven care for the community. Sana, now a reality, is a center that draws the absolute best clinicians, instructors, and wellness professionals who share our passion.
