From the moment we walked in, Dr. Kelsey made us feel completely at ease. She is warm, friendly, and truly cares about her patients. What amazed us the most was how much relief our family felt after just one treatment. Dr. Kelsey took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor the care to our specific needs.
You can tell she’s not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about helping people. We left feeling better both physically and emotionally such a rare combination in healthcare.

Dr. Pilati is a gem. A truly holistic and patient oriented approach to care. I appreciate her practice of listening to the patients needs and a medication as a last resort style. Liliya one of the medical massage therapists is excellent in her technique as she is apt in engagement. Truly a great experience and I only wish I had been acquainted with her office sooner. A must if you’re seeking a great chriropractor/massage office combo.

I have had severe back pain for many years from a trasitional vertebrae and some injuries. That being said I have had many chiropractors and Dr Kelsey has been the best and favorite I have had. Her treatments have helped me improve the quality of life with my back pain. Her care is great and attention to detail is second to none. Also she has a great personal connection and shows she truly cares about her patients lives.

Dr. Kelsey has saved my butt quite a few times. Managing vertigo isn't easy. She takes time to do things right, and follows up to check on me. Only adjusts if it's needed. Paige - Massage Therapist, in her office is excellent as well. I'm so lucky to live close by to her new office!
