My friend recommended Rooted Wellness Center after I have birth, and I'm so glad she did.
I brought my baby to see Mokhtar (Pediatric Physiotherapy & Osteopathy) for a general checkup and to help her with digestion. He was able to help her with some areas that I wouldn't have caught myself, release some tension and definitely helped with her digestion.
I then returned for a massage therapy session, which was so helpful.
Then, I signed up for pelvic floor physio with Slesha, who has been instrumental in helping me heal my pelvic floor in the best way possible - plus address tight hips, reduce back pain and get stronger so I can be with my baby pain free. So grateful to her and the team - thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Rooted Wellness Center with Mokhtar (Pediatric Physiotherapy & Osteopathy) and Kaitlyn (Pediatric Chiropractic).
Both are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood everything. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely care about the children and families they work with.
I’m so grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for thoughtful, high-quality pediatric care.

Mokhtar was absolutely fantastic with our 2 month old. We came in regarding issues with her digestion, prepare for tongue tie release, sleep and tension on her left side. Mokhtar explained all the steps needed at home exercises and always made us feel comfortable. He was receptive to our feedback and if we ever felt uncomfortable about any process being done. He took into account every detail regarding our needs along with our daughters. We highly recommend his services. We will continue to utilize his outstanding services! Such a warm and friendly personality too :) Thank you Mokhtar!!!
