The 1 rating is 100% for the dog, as the dog was the only positive part of my experience. There was no talk about what my care plan would look like. Every visit continued with the same two pressure points on my back being touched over the quick one minute visits. He had a non caring, fluff off, response later when I was verbal about how my pain(that was not in my back) was continuing to worsen. I recieved one acupuncture appointment. The needles were placed through my clothing. Showing no concern for a clean needle or it's exact placement. After leaving I had pain in my foot. Upon arriving home, I found that a needle was left in place. As a professional, there should be some accountability. If you put (x) number of needles in, you make sure to have the same number when removed. The cost per visit is higher, bad communication and I left feeling like I was giving my money to a snake oil salesman.

I attended chiropractic sessions with Dr. Given for four weeks, three times per week. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Each session lasted less than a minute, and I often felt the treatment was rushed. It seemed the plan was being extended mainly to increase the number of visits, rather than to offer a sustainable, effective solution. By the third and fourth week, my neck pain did improve somewhat, but I didn’t feel confident continuing with a system that required ongoing payments without a clear, long-term recovery plan.

I've been going to him since April 2024. And I've seen and felt little & big changes in my pain on a daily basis. His staff are very kind and understanding, tho one of them, you might have to bribe with doggy snacks! I do 100% recommend them!

Friendly caring staff and Dr Given is a true gift. So knowledgeable and thorough. I had been too many years without care and just after few treatments I know I am in the right care once again. Even at 70 I feel hopeful for great improvement overall and much more quality of living.

My new favourite place to be! It feels like home. So far I've gotten several adjustments and tried float therapy. Dr. Given is the best Chiro I've had. He's extremely knowledgeable and educates you along the way & my first ever float experience was magical. Always looking forward to my next visit!
