A propos
I started PT Health Academy, LLC in 2016 to offer the care patients deserve: hour long, private, 1-1 sessions with the same PT every visit. This allows me the time and focus to appropriately assess what's causing pain, provide treatment for pain relief, and patient instruction including body mechanics and activity modification. Patient's need the tools to lead their recovery so even when they aren't in my office, they are making gains.PT Health Academy, LLC started with just a few back and knee workshops at Hampshire Hills Athletic club and Milford Recreation deportment. Gradually, as participants saw the benefit of the mechanics and structure based approach my instruction offers, they became patients. I've grown to provide Physical Therapy to patient's in their home or in my private office at 3 Overlook Drive, Unit 2 in Amherst, NH.
