He has an extensive background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation ensuring an optimal and effective treatment plan. Dr. Tilden is a 2004 graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island in 1997. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association as well as the International Chiropractic Association.At our Danbury, CT facility we integrate the best of conventional and alternative treatments, such as chiropractic, physical therapy and massage therapy.
