A propos

Andrew Walker, PT has been practicing since 2003. He graduated PT school in London, England and worked in London for 5 years. He moved to the USA to Huntsville and has now been here since 2008. Over his career he has been fortunate to get training from top PTs from Australia, UK and USA. He has experience in many areas of PT but has particularly developed an interest in sports injuries and injury prevention. He has worked mostly in outpatients before staring PhysioWorks worked with a large orthopedic group learning a great deal form the physicians and surgeons there. He is excited to now open his own clinic focused on sports injuries and preventing sports injuries.PhysioWorks, Sports and Wellness, Inc. was started by Andrew Walker, PT. Andrew has been a PT since 2003 and has steadily seen increases in significant sporting injuries. This fact coupled with research highlighting that injury prevention can make a difference prompted Andrew to develop a business plan for a clinic to meet these needs in the Huntsville/Madison community. Having seen many injured runners over his career he decided to bring video running assessments the area with the launch of his clinic. He is excited to make a difference and save people time, money, inconvenience and pain that they could have if they don't do things to correct the mechanics of their body.
