This place is horrible - the only time you see a REAL LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST IS ON THE FIRST VISIT. After that good luck - they don't follow any doctor protocols and I don't even think they know what they're doing in there other than collecting a check from Medicaid or Medicare I I would not trust these people at all. They really should be looked at by the state that's how bad it is.

Over the years I've been to quite a few different physical therapy centers in the area. This is my second time going to the Physical Therapy Now Cooper City location. Of the non-hospital affiliated centers, I can state without reservations that PT Now is significantly superior to my experience elsewhere. The physical therapist who did the initial assessment was thorough and his plan was consistent with my physician's orders. The physical therapy assistants I work with for the therapy are both licensed by the Florida DOH. They are very skilled, personable, take extra efforts to watch for patients' safety, and they are always keeping an eye on you to make sure you're performing the exercises correctly (this is something I did not find it the other centers I had been to in the past). I had been a health provider myself with a private practice for 41 years and can easily recognize the efforts they make that have been beyond my expectations.

I chose this location after my rotator cuff surgery because of its location and reviews, and I was not disappointed! Very friendly and extremely professional. After my sessions were complete at their facility, they provided me with a program to perform at home so that I could continue to progress and get stronger. Motivating and supportive, I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of PT. Mark and Alexa (excellent student) were wonderful, and I can't thank them enough. You guys are awesome!

I am so happy that I found this place. I was a little nervous when I made my appointment but as soon as I walked in my nervousness disappeared. The receptionist/office mgr. Ana was super nice, very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was great, super clean and well laid out. I felt like I was really being heard during my evaluation and initial therapy session. Mark and Jessie are real professionals and really made me feel encouraged about the progress and improvement that I will be able to achieve with their help. I feel very fortunate to be able to get help from them to get my life back on track. If any of you need help with physical therapy and feel nervous like I did you won't be after your first visit. I went to Cora once and it was horrible. Physical Therapy Now will be the place I recommend from now on. Thanks to Everyone there. I really appreciate you. Supper clean and supper friendly. Everyone gave me great attention and great customer service. The therapist really help with my neck and shoulder pain after my accident the whole team is very well educate in the newest and most advance technologies avialbe to get you back to 100% quick.
