A propos

Dr. Jennell Day-Humphrey received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences and Human Health Performance from the University of Montana Western in 2007 where she also played collegiate basketball. She then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (PT) Degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2010. Jennell most recently served as Vice President of Operations/ PT for Professional Therapy Associates in Kalispell, MT. She was also the Clinical Director/PT for Physiotherapy Associates in Iowa and the Sports Medicine Director/PT at Beartooth Hospital in Red Lodge, MT; all of which helped her gain the experience necessary to manage her own clinic. She is a Helena native and is excited to serve this amazing community. Jennell's specialty areas include Manual Therapy, Sports Injury, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Work Injury, Concussion Management, Balance Training, Headaches, TMJ Disorder and Running Analysis.

We use hands on manual therapy and skillfully designed exercise programs to produce real and long-lasting results that better the lives of our patients. We provide a wide range of services, accept most insurance companies and do billing as a courtesy to our patients. We specialize in back pain and creating unique physical therapy programs for our patients. Our treatment is evidence based using the latest technology and techniques to ensure that we are creating the best programs for maximum results. Patients feel welcome and enjoy therapy in our bright, open gym space. Our fun, caring, and genuine staff are committed to making patients feel comfortable while they are in our clinic as we believe that a positive and fun experience contributes to achieving the best possible results. Our clinic is centrally located in Helena on Prospect Avenue making physical therapy convenient regardless of where our patients live, work and play.
