Dr. John Fauerbach graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia, in 2008. He received his Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida campus. After clinical rotation in Port Orange, Florida, Dr. Fauerbach moved to Tampa, Florida to complete his Chiropractic residency with the team physicians for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Upon completion of the residency and graduation, Dr. Fauerbach was hired on full time in Tampa. After 7 years in Florida, Dr. Fauerbach decided he wanted to move North to the Charleston area to be closer to family and open a clinic. Dr. Fauerbach has worked with patients from newborn to elderly, non-athletes to professionals, and all in between. Dr. Fauerbach has worked with patients and teams such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Major League Spring training baseball, famous members of entertainment, and many more. At Patriots Point Chiropractic & Physical Therapy, we treat all ages and a large variety of health conditions. We have expertise in the treatment of headaches, neck and low back pain, joint pain, and sciatica, just to name a few. We also treat a wide range of injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Injuries of the muscles, ligaments/tendons, and joints often are very painful. The negatively impact the nervous system, which can refer pain or abnormal symptoms all over the body. Pain is a symptom your body feels to trigger your brain that something is wrong. At Patriots Point Chiropractic, we also focus on wellness treatment. Whether it be questions on diet, nutrition, supplementation, exercise, or lifestyle changes, we are always willing to help. Being proactive about your health, nutrition, and mobility is often much easier and cheaper than waiting until there is a problem. Dr. Fauerbach also has expertise in the treatment of athletic injuries, personal injury and/or auto accidents.
