David Parker specializes in orthopedic musculoskeletal disorders and graduated from Loma Linda University, California. After graduation David diversified his skills working in hospital settings, Medicare Rehabilitation Facility, outpatient private practice and home health. After these varied career experiences David realized his dream of establishing Parker Physical Therapy in Charlotte in September 1993. His goal has always been to establish the highest level of rehabilitative care in a positive environment with the latest technology. David advances his knowledge every year by honing his skills through advanced educational seminars. He works one on one with patients to achieve custom goals set for each patient working closely with the referring physician. He is a member of American Phyisical Therapy Association, Orthopedic Section of the APTA and Rehabilitation Associates Network. David is a health and fitness enthusiast enjoying tennis, weight lifting, and outdoor sports and hiking.Parker Physical Therapy was established in September 1993 serving the Charlotte community. We are a private outpatient facility specializing in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation, as well as other services. We work one on one with out patient achieving goals customized to the specific needs of each patient. We work with the referring physician by communicating as part of a team.
