Dr. Aprilyn Stitt is an honors graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She is a dedicated and caring doctor who takes the time to get to know her patients so that she can tailor her treatments to fit their needs. She grew up on the east coast and moved west for graduate school and has been a California resident ever since. She loves the California lifestyle and when she is not in her office you may find her at the beach playing volleyball, on her Stand-up paddleboard or walking her Siberian Husky on the strand. As a former personal trainer, she still holds a passion for fitness and helping others with their quest for health and wellness. She never hesitates to offer assistance or advice when asked, and prides herself on being a very accessible, personable and professional doctor.After primarily focusing on professional and recreational athletes, Dr. Aprilyn Stitt turned her focus to include family practice. Currently we continue to treat patients for sports injuries and performance enhancement as well as family practice from infants and children to the elderly and everyone in between. We have helped patients on their quest for the Olympics as well as patients with severe conditions who are interested in avoiding surgery when possible. Prenatal chiropractic care is essential when dealing with the ever growing changes to a pregnant woman's body and the aches and pains that often occur since it is safe for mother and baby.
