Kate Blankshain PT, DPT opened Rally Physical Therapy in 2017. Kate is a graduate of Northwestern University's physical therapy program and specializes in treating chronic low back pain as well as helping CrossFit athletes and gymnasts rehab from injury and return to sport. Kate opened Rally PT with the vision of providing quality, personalized physical therapy where she and her team could get to know her patients and allow their unique goals and individual needs to determine their plan of care.
