Licensed by the State of Ohio and nationally through the MBlex, in Therapeutic Massage and a Certified Pregnancy Specialist. With additional training in Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy and Chair Massage. She also has additional spa treatments such as wraps, scrubs and LaStone Massage. Ashley first started her journey at Owens Community College where she graduated with a Communication of Arts degree. She enjoyed helping people during her education at OCC with her several hours of volunteer work. When trying to decide the direction she was going to take she came along with the career opportunity of massage therapy. Once envisioned healing people through art and then when given the option to heal people with touch she saw herself providing a form of art but with healing the body. She then applied at Healing Arts Institute where she completed the fast track full-time massage therapy program while also attending additional educational and training classes througOpen Arms Massage Studio was established in 2012 by one of Oregon, Ohio's finest massage therapists Ashley J. Hirzel. She graduated from Healing Arts Institute and specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Sports, Myofascial Release & LaStone Therapy.
