Elena wanted to give back to individuals that work in retail environments where sitting and standing for long periods of time cause discomfort. Elena came up with idea to provide chiropractic care treatments mixed with personal training sessions to help relive clients discomfort and improve their overall health. She opened her wellness center back in 2017 and in 2019 she moved into a 3000 square foot state of the art private training facility.
