Jonathan competed for Stanford University, where he was All-American in the 3000m Steeplechase, then ran professionally with Reebok/Zap Fitness, ASICS, and Mammoth Track Club. He has trained the Novos team with a focus on the biomechanics of speed and power athletics, providing in-competition and clinical therapies, and to lead the industry on performance programming. Novos (formerly Kinetik Performance) is on a mission to redefine training for the athlete. Athletes aren't given the best chance for success in conventional gym environments. The culture of ignoring injury risk has left many athletes in pain, unable to train or compete. Training and therapy are two sides of the same coin. The body cannot achieve peak performance if there are negative trends in the musculoskeletal system. Our staff are experts in the biomechanics of speed and power athletics, providing in-competition and clinical therapies, and lead the industry on performance programming.
