A very active kid in high school, Dr. Steve received a full ride scholarship to play college football in Ohio. Dr. Steve's passion for a healthy lifestyle drove him to pursue a degree in Exercise Physiology at Chico State. An auto accident caused Dr. Steve to find a chiropractor to help with low back pain. This experience led him to finish Chico State with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and his Masters Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, this knowledge allowed him to go to chiropractic school. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Steve moved to Tennessee with his wife. The draw of family brought them back to Chico and Dr. Steve began working at Joyce Family Chiropractic. The skills he learned from Dr. Joyce were put to use in order to open his own practice, North Valley Chiropractic, in 2013.Dr. Steve opened North Valley Chiropractic in 2013. His mission is to help anyone who is committed to working towards a health spine, lifestyle, and attitude. He promises to give one hundred percent of his abilities and education to his patients in order to increase the health of their spine and the individual as a whole.
