I had total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. Nick is my physical therapist and I am so grateful to get to work with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, asks great questions and listens to my responses. He then determines the therapy we will use and explains why. At 6 weeks post op I am walking great with no limp or pain, I can go up and down stairs and do everything and more than I could before. I also am doing strength and flexibility exercises at home that Nick has mapped out for me. I feel great and cannot say enough great things about Nick, Mark (the PT assistant) and everyone who works at No Limits. It is a great environment and everyone seems happy to be there and to be helping people heal.

Coming off three spinal surgeries in 2 years I was hoping No Limits could help me progress to a normal life. My therapist, Jeff Spraker, was incredible from day one through my almost 4 mos of PT. All my PT was tailored to my situation and not just off the spinal surgery PT menu. He was always very thorough in his explanation of my exercises and adjusted them to keep me moving forward throughout my time there. I'm back playing pickleball and riding my bike, things I haven't been able to do for a long time. All the team at No Limits were great. I would not hesitate to recommend No Limits PT, and Jeff in particular.

I have a partially torn tendon in my shoulder. My specialist told me I would need surgery but insurance would require PT first. I assumed PT would just be a check the box thing for the next step being surgery. I worked with the team (Jeff, Ryan, Erika, Mark, Nick,Tyler and Ken, the owner) at No Limits and after a few weeks I realized this was the right path for me, no surgery required. It was a great experience! They are knowledgeable, caring and fun to work with. I looked forward to going to my appointments. The bottom line is I have regained full range of motion, strength and I am experiencing no shoulder pain. At 66 years old, there’s not a lot more I could ask for than great health and excellent people to help me keep it that way!

I have worked with both Jamie Archuletta and Julie Bobbitt on separate occasions for shoulder injuries I had sustained at the gym while lifting weights. Thanks to them, my shoulders have healed and I was finally able to perform my workout routine again. I found both Jamie and Julie to be friendly, professional and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I always looked forward to my weekly PT sessions. I highly recommend No Limits PT to anyone who needs physical therapy.

I have been privileged to work with Sam and Ken. And of course all the support people who have educated me on the exercises that the PT staff ordered. All the lovely people who left to further their education. The front end staff is very professional and efficient as well as offering a warm greeting. Can’t say enough great things about KEN. Changed my life. Thank you Ken.
