Dr. Jon Baker Founder and Coach After 30 years of fabulous success in practice, Dr. Baker firmly believes that his success was and is a learned behavior. He opened 9 satellite clinics within the first 6 years of practice, serving thousands of patients, and helping several DCs, their families, and him prosper. Dr. Baker was tired of seeing too many D.C.s working too hard and making too little. He had seen too many doctors in their 40s and 50s who started to resent their practices, resent managing staff, resent the actual process of running a business and often resent their families. "I decided right then that if I could create solutions for these challenges then everyone deserves the answers, not just a chosen few." Which is why Dr. Baker started his seminar and coaching program nearly 20 years ago!
