À propos

As a Studio owner and continuous student of Pilates, I have great passion for Pilates. In my workouts I regularly make new discoveries. Sometimes I rediscover the same thing many times, always enlightened by the layers existing in our movement. The greatest thrill is feeling ownership of our bodies; understanding our injuries, weaknesses, imbalances and compensations; knowing how to relieve pain when alignment is off and feeling that you can improve with every year. There is much more to Pilates than people often realize. It is an education in movement, anatomy and alignment essential for longevity. The more we understand about our own body and how to use it, the more we are capable of doing!Monarch Pilates began as a small home business in 2007. We relocated to our new space to offer more classes, hours, and workshops.
