I believe that optimal health is not simply the absence of disease. Health includes a healthy mind, healthy body, and healthy spirit. This is obtained through good nutrition, an active lifestyle, stress management, and valuable relationships including your relationship with God. I enjoy many outdoor activities including sports, hiking, and travel. I also enjoy arts and music. I am a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus. Before attending Palmer, I received my Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi. Upon completion of classroom requirements, students of Palmer College of Chiropractic complete approximately 900 additional hours in a clinic setting. While our medical counterparts study pharmacology or surgery, chiropractic students log more hours in anatomy, diagnosis, radiology, as well as learning numerous adjusting techniques.Dr. Lowery purchased Cross Chiropractic in Jan 2009. At that point, Lowery Chiropractic Clinic was born. Chiropractic care is safe for the entire family. It is our goal to have each and every member of your family get the most out of life. We will accomplish this through spinal adjustments, therapies, nutritional advice, and lifestyle recommendations.
