I can truly say..."I love what I do!". My passion for helping people began in Montreal, Canada, and in 2000 I moved to Souther California. My goal with each person is to tailor each massage or manual therapy treatment based on your needs and what will get you to move better and feel better. I have a degree in Kinesiology, I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and hold numerous certifications giving me a thorough understanding of the human body and the tools to help it in the last 20 plus years working. Whether it's an acute or chronic issue, I'm up for the challenge and integrating other modalities and/or specialties to get you feeling better. In 2015 we moved to San Diego. We've always focused on providing the best and most consistent service by listening to our clients and their needs. Our clients come from all walks of life, from hardworking moms, to stressed out students, to business owners, and professional athletes and Team USA Olympians. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to work with such amazing people and alleviate their aches and pains. Our goal is to help you move better and feel better!
