Listening Hands Massage

A Listening Hands Massage is an effective, experienced, skilled and sensitive therapeutic massage. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, with an emphasis on correcting dysfunction and reintegrating the body, bringing relief from pain, connection to oneself, and a sense of relaxation and ease. I have been in practice since 2000, and have trained with top teachers in the field. Having worked with athletes, dancers, musicians, IT workers, moms, doctors, nurses, pregnant women, cancer and MS patients, I have much experience addressing both acute and chronic injuries, repetitive strains, chronic pain, pre-natal discomfort and stress. Having a dance and Pilates background myself, I utilize my knowledge of the body to take in the whole person:physically, emotionally and spiritually. I hope to encourage and educate my clients in ways they can change the physical patterns that cause their dysfunction.
