After almost 20 years as a massage therapist, I continue to be drawn to my work by the satisfaction I get providing such a wonderful service to my clients and the challenge provided to me when someone sees me for the treatment of acute or chronic pain. My clients mean the world to me and I strive to provide them with the best experience possible, by offering a wide range of techniques in a nurturing environment. My work never leaves me bored! Each client provides me with a new and different "challenge" and I look forward to working with each one to address his or her individual needs.Life Balance Massage has been the go-to massage practice in Oakland and the greater Bay Area for over 15 years. My goal is to bridge the gap between "relaxation" massage and "therapy" massage by offering deeply therapeutic services and techniques in a way that feels really good and relaxing to the body.
