I have always been interested in natural health. I remember not wanting to take any over the counter medication as a child. I was always active growing up playing soccer, baseball and basketball until I started playing golf. The golf bug hit and I absolutely loved everything about the game, playing, watching AND practicing. I actually worked in the golf industry for a period of time. I was in a car accident and treated by a chiropractor who had massage therapist working for him do deep tissue massage for a few minutes before every treatment. I started working for him as a massage therapist after my course of treatment ended. I absolutely loved the chiropractic atmosphere, especially treating patients on a daily basis and seeing their progress. I wanted to be able to answer the questions I was deferring to the doctor so I went back to school to take the classes I needed for chiropractic school. I'm so glad I did because I can't imagine doing anything else.I worked in Orange County and Encinitas after I graduated chiropractic school in 2008 before coming to La Costa Chiropractic and Wellness which has been serving and growing in North County since 1980. I am very fortunate to be working at such a renowned clinic. We have drop tables, electrical stimulation, mechanical traction, onsite X-rays and insight millennium to better diagnose and treat our patients.
