Brian and Brendan grew up together in New York. They were soccer and basketball teammates from the pee-wee leagues through their high school years. They share a love for sports, exercise, and science, thus making a career in physical therapy a natural fit. Their priority is to provide their clients with all the tools necessary to achieve their goals.Our clinic is in the SoMa district of San Francisco on Howard street. We are conveniently located within walking distance to Civic Center BART, CalTrain and multiple Muni routes. Dr. Brian King and Dr. Brendan Clarke founded Kauno in order to fill the gap between rehabilitation and performance. We strive to help patients recovering from pain, sports injuries, and/or those requiring surgery rehabilitation, not only get back to their prior level of function - but to excel beyond and achieve performance gains and injury prevention.
