À propos

Kate Nickerson is passionate about helping clients achieve optimum health, feel comfort during pregnancy and postpartum, prepare for birth, and recover from injuries. Going through pregnancy, childbirth and raising 2 kids has allowed her to understand the joys and challenges of these experiences. She is fascinated by the human body and the healing power of manual therapy, movement, and the mind/body connection. Kate Nickerson has been a physical therapist for over 25 years. She received her physical therapy degree from Fresno State University with additional education in exercise physiology. She completed her pilates training through Polestar Pilates 9 years ago and is certified through the NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program). She has received advanced training through Herman and Wallace in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She has also received extensive training to specialize in the care of pregnant and postpartum clients and is an ASTYM certified provider (astym.com).
