I have my doctorate in physical therapy and specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation. I was also a certified yoga teacher registered with the yoga alliance. I worked as a physical therapist for 3 years before I decided to open my own practice in order to better serve my clients and provide pelvic floor physical therapy and yoga services.
