I graduated from the University of Montana in 2014 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy to pursue my dream of helping people get out of pain and back to their passions. I treat all orthopedic injuries but am especially fond of treating the spine! (neck pain, back pain, and headaches), I truly believe our bodies are resilient and have the power to heal but sometimes require a little assistance to get there. I believe physical therapy is powerful in addressing any issues at the tissue level and then progressively including functional movement to train our movement systems how to support our bodies through all of our activities. I am certified in dry needling, have taken advanced courses in mobilization with movement and courses through NAIOMT, as well as, Therapeutic Movement Seminars.
