A propos

Dr. Nick Hyde and his wife Clare were inspired to take a different approach to healing when so many people they love were struggling with issues they couldn't find solutions to and were in the dark about. Inside Out Health goes to the root of the issues and offers solutions that free people from their current health conditions by addressing the structural and neurological health of patients. Nick and Clare met in third grade. They grew in friendship and always had a shared desire to serve the community at large. They do annual mission trips to Central America offering free treatments and health lessons to people of all ages, especially children, which has shaped their vision in their practice. They are ecstatic to be back home so they can regularly enjoy Cafe Brazil breakfasts, Gayles mochas, Cabrillo farmers markets, runs on East Cliff... (need they go on??). But most importantly, help people get back to the things they love doing with new vibrance and zeal!Inside Out Health was established by a married couple, Dr. Nick Hyde and his wife Clare. Dr. Nick served patients in the East Bay previously and they recently moved back to their hometown to serve the community they love.
