Dr. Jeremy USA native of South Dakota but grew up in Franfurt, Germany. He attended university in Wisconsin where he was an accomplished cross country and track runner. After graduation he went to work for a large technology consulting firm and traveled the world for the next five years. It was then that he married his wife, Kimberly. Together they have three children; Gabrielle, Chloe and Mason. It was also during this time that Dr. Jeremy sustained a major injury that severely impacted his life and even his ability to walk. Through his journey to restore his health he discovered acupuncture and chiropractic which he attributes to his full recovery. Realizing, the amazing healing potential of chiropractic, he left the technology field to enroll at chiropractor school. He graduated cum lauded in 2006. From there he relocated with his family to open Inner Vitality Chiropractic in Fort Collins, Colorado where they still reside.Inner Vitality Chiropractic was formed in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2006 when Dr. Jeremy Overholt graduated from chiropractor school. Ever since, this chiropractic clinic has been on the southeast side of town near Lemay and Harmony. Initially, Dr. Jeremy offered a standard tool box of chiropractic techniques but has updated his expertise to include Torque Release Technique, SOT and MC2.

I don't go to Chiropractors very often, but recently I desperately needed one. I called the two I had seen a long time ago. One didn't answer and the other didn't take my insurance. I called a new one to me, but when I asked if they take my insurance they told me to come into the office to discuss financials and that it would be an investment. When I checked the reviews, they hard sell a $3000 package. Then I called Inner Vitality and talked to Dr. Overholt. He got me in the same day! He quickly got down to business and figured out what was wrong and recommended rehab exercises. He adjusted me right away (the $3000 clinic said that I would have to wait until the next week after the initial appointment). I hesitate to use the term "Miracle Worker", but Dr Overholt fixed me with one visit. (I know some injuries would take a few visits.) Afterwards, I walked for a while and focused on using my core and glutes to make sure the adjustment 'took', so to speak. I feel blessed to have found him!

I had a nerve issue in my back that even changed my walking and was painful. My friend Billy referred me to Inner Vitality and after 1 visit I felt better. I've back for 4 more visits with more to come. I feel relief and it's working. Dr. Overholt has been excellent.

Jeremy and his staff are exceptional at what they do. I've had 30+ years experience with various chiropractors, not all good. The resounding reason I'm 100% committed to Inner Vitality is because Jeremy has always struck me is a problem solver. He's curious, proactive and doesn't just go through the motions. If his treatment isn't getting the right results, he's quick to recommend other treatment that may or may not include him. Its always about your health and vitality, not the bottom line. Please give them a try before anyone else. I trust him enough to let bring my high school athlete daughter to him. And if you knew me, you'd know that says everything.

What a wonderful chiropractic clinic! From the moment I walk in the door and Misti greets me with her genuine warmth, to when I leave - Always helped, physically and emotionally (and Misti opens the door for me and again extends her loving care) - I am thankful and extremely appreciative of Dr. Jeremy Overholt's desire and ability to provide complete and efficient help to his patients.
