A propos

Our owner and lead therapist Jill Traver is certified as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist through Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. She is certified in Active Release Therapy (ART)-Whole Body approach which may allow for positive results in less time, as well as improvement in patients who have not benefitted from more traditional exercise programs. Jill holds a Strengthening and Conditioning Certification arising from her personal background in volleyball, softball, basketball, marathon running and Ironman triathlon, as well as years of treating athletes of all levels and abilities. She completed her Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialty Certification, which allows her to analyze workstations of office-based employees and manual laborers.  Additional special areas of treatment include, but are not limited to, intramuscular manual therapy, Graston Technique, video movement analysis for runners and cyclists, and bike fitting.Our owner and lead therapist Jill has lived in Florida since 2010. She is a Florida transplant who practiced in Chicago for 12 years in outpatient facilities, where she managed as many as 18 clinics at a time. After almost two decades of working for large corporations she decided it was time to open up her own practice, allowing her the time and personal connection it takes to help clients reach their goals.
