I am a therapist whose goal is to help you live a pain free life in a well functioning body. I have an Intuitive approach to massage and no 2 massages are the same because I listen to what you need and focus on helping what is bothering you. I have worked with multiple chiropractors and love helping people to recover.I went to school later in life because I wanted to help people suffer less. I have had my own physical limitations that I have worked on.I love sharing with others what helped me and massage was a big part of getting back to living well for me.i worked in the treasure valley until 2021 when I moved to Tahlequah Oklahoma. The heart of the Cherokee Nation.i worked there a year then came home where I am happy to again serve our beautiful idaho community.
