Dr. Kelly has been a physical therapist for 16 years. As an integrative teacher, entrepreneur, and teacher, she continually innovates her model of caring for patients to fit the times we are in. She loves providing expert, individualized care to her patients at home through telehealth, as well as teaching online courses and exercise groups. She uses yoga, Reiki, and stress management techniques with emphasis on breathing and posture strategies to co-create the healing process with all of her patients.Dr. Kelly founded Hands on Health Physical Therapy and Wellness after becoming a first-time Mom and completing her fellowship in Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy. She was motivated to provide the highest quality one-on-one care, with specialty hands-on techniques that blend Eastern and Western medicine to facilitate rapid healing response. She began as a concierge mobile model, seeing patients privately in their homes. Her business grew through word-of-mouth and in 2020, Hands on Health opened a brand-new clinic location in the growing business corridor of Harrison Ave in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. Telehealth, the wave of the future in healthcare, became a way to pivot during the pandemic and maintain one-on-one quality care, as well as offering porch visits outside with masks and social distance. Dr. Kelly genuinely loves the personal relationships she develops with her patients, helping them achieve a lifetime of higher quality well-being.
