Dr. Michael Grano is a 1996 graduate of Pope John High School and graduated Villanova University in 2000. He went on to get his doctorate at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Due to his love of sports, he advanced his education by receiving his certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. This allows Dr. Michael to also treat common sports injuries and help athletes compete at their optimal level. He now practices in Andover/Newton and West Milford, NJ in a state of the art treatment facility. Dr. Michael is also the owner of Advanced Spine and Disc Care of Sussex County which treats severe low back and neck pain patients with the DRX spinal decompressions system. He now resides in Sparta, NJ with his wife,boy/girl twins, and newborn. Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) MUA Certification Active Member of professional organizations: Association of NJ Chiropractors (ANJC) American Chiropractic Association (ACA)

Everyone here are wonderful consummate professionals! Kind, courteous, with great attention to their clients and patients well being, comfort and overall wellness. Dr. Grano is an extremely capable and experienced chiropractor. He's been able to easily adjust me (which is not necessarily an easy task) and is always genuinely concerned with active pain levels and doing his best to relieve pain in my neck, thoracic and lumbar spine. He's also been very helpful in answering my questions regarding papers with both my shoulders and my knees, as well as my concerns with my arthritis. Very professional, knowledgeable, warm and caring. The perfect combination! Christine is their amazing new massage therapist who not only has a lovely positive energy and demeanor, but is also an extraordinary massage therapist with almost magical healing hands. It's difficult to describe how helpful she is, you must experience it for yourself! I recommend you set up an appointment with her at your earliest convenience. Very fair rates as well! Tell them Dave sent you! I see them every week now☺️🙏🏻. PS: YES! THEY DO take MEDICARE!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Grano! I had been in pain for weeks and saw two other chiropractors in the area who didn’t listen to what I had already tried that fixed my issues or take my concerns seriously. They also didn’t have the proper equipment to address my issue. Dr. Grano was completely different—he took the time to really listen, had the right tools, and tailored my treatment thoughtfully. Incredibly, my pain was completely gone within 24 hours of seeing him. I couldn’t believe the relief after weeks of discomfort. The office itself has such a positive energy, and Denise at the front desk is always so pleasant and welcoming. I’m so grateful I found this place. Highly, highly recommend!
