A propos

I am a lifelong resident of the Des Moines metro area. I graduated from Valley High in West Des Moines, Central College in Pella, IA and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport. It is my goal to help people reach their God given health potential in a way that is affordable and allows them to do the things in life that are important to them. I am an active church musician and I like motorcycling, skiing, and reading. My wife is Michelle and we have a beautiful daughter, Chloe.We have always been in the business of helping sick people get well and have been very successful. However, we have started to meet many people who are already healthy but are looking to increase their well being and maintain their health and active life as they get older. To help them with that goal we have added nutritional advice regarding both supplementation as well as dietary choices and lifestyle advice to our standard care plans as more research has come out. This has only increased our ability to help people get their health to the level they want and deserve.
