Dr. Gena was raised in NY before earning a B.S. from SUNY Binghamton. Upon graduating, Dr. Gena worked as a fitness trainer at New York Sports Club. Wanting to continue working in the health industry, Dr. Gena decided to obtain her doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University. Because Dr. Gena especially loves working with children and pregnant women, she completed post-graduate training in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is one of a select few chiropractors in Broward county certified in the Webster technique restoring balance to the pelvis in regards to labor and birth. Dr. Gena Bofshever sees patients in private practice in Plantation, Florida.Dr Gena especially loves working with children and pregnant women. She completed post-graduate training in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She is one of a select few chiropractors in Broward county certified in the Webster technique, restoring balance to the pelvis in regards to labor and birth. Dr Gena is a frequent speaker at chiropractic conferences and serves on the board for a few local organizations.
