He encourages his patients to remember that the human body is exceptional at meeting and overcoming new stimuli - so feed it good food and introduce it to new movements, new activities, new people, and pursuing things that bring you joy. He also wants to remind his patients that while the human body is amazing, you only get one! So keep yourself conditioned so that your body will be prepped and ready to meet all the new challenges you throw at it!Our office has been a combined dream from the sandy beaches of St. Petersburg, Florida since 2017.
