20 + years of physical therapy and 38 years of sportsmedicine experience. Former Head Athletic Trainer University of Miami, member of 4 National Championship while at Miami. Certified Neurac Level 3 Provider since 2012, one of the first 12 certified by Norway Company in the US. Andrew has developed a comprehensive evaluation to identify biomechanical dysfunctional movements which are the underlying cause of many musculoskeletal acute and chronic injuries. FROGS Physical Therapy is a low volume ,high quality clinic which spends the time necessary to identify and treat each individual problem as it relates to the overall dysfunction. The bottom line: You will not be disappointed with the quality of care!We have been located in North Scottsdale since 2003 and service the entire Scottsdale, Phoenix, McDowell Mtn, DC Ranch, Carefree, Cavecreek and Fountain Hills communities. I started looking at the letters and came up with an acronym. F.R.O.G.S.: Functional Rehabilitation for Orthopedics, Golf and Spine! We provide an Assessment to identify your underlying issues. This is basically what we are all about. We provide functional rehabilitation for Orthopedic related injuries and surgeries, we treat Golfers, Tennis players, Hockey players or any active person as well as inactive and we definitely specialize in the Spine.
